TG Shipping
Once we receive your payment, the package will be shipped immediately. Delivery time is usually 2-7 working days, but from experience, we know that the majority of packages to Austria and Germany are delivered within 2 days.
As a standard we deliver to the following countries: Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, France, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, and Spain. For deliveries outside of Europe, please contact our customer service at shop@tirol-geniessen.com or call +43 5232 20777 - 850, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 12:00.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email. In addition, the shipping partner you have chosen will send you an email with the tracking number, which allows you to track the delivery status of your package.

In the Tirol geniessen shop, you have the option to choose the shipping provider for your delivery yourself:
- Within Austria, you can choose between Post AG and GLS.
- For deliveries to Germany, you can choose between Post AG / DHL and GLS.
- For all other countries, your package will be delivered by GLS.

Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order quickly and in excellent condition. While we do our best to avoid errors, it may happen in rare cases that products are missing from your order. If this is the case, we will promptly find a solution. Please contact us by phone or email and provide us with your order number as well as the item numbers of the missing products. We will then act quickly and deliver the missing products as soon as possible.
If your ordered product arrives damaged, we ask you to contact us immediately. For a fast processing, we ask you to ideally send us a photo of the damaged product and to provide us with your order number as well as the item number or name of the damaged product. We will then promptly act and replace the damaged product.

To select your desired products and the appropriate bottle size, simply click on the green button and add them to your shopping cart. Then proceed to the shopping cart and from there to the checkout. For your first order, you have the option to either order as a guest or create a customer account. Enter your address data and choose the desired payment and shipping method. On the following page, you will find an overview of your selected products, shipping costs, and your data. Please also accept the terms and conditions and confirm that you are of legal age to buy alcoholic beverages (18 years old). By clicking "Place order," you will complete your order and we will process it as soon as possible. Afterwards, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
There are various reasons why problems can occur during the ordering process. One common reason is an unsupported web browser. We recommend using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. A too strict firewall can also make ordering more difficult.
