The secret of this exquisite fruity Cassis Grappa Liqueur is South Tyrolean grappa combined with delightful blackcurrant juice. Only handpicked and sun-ripened black currants are processed into fruit juice and mixed with mild Tyrolean grappa and a bit of sugar.
